Every Tuesday I’ve been conducting groups with students to practice different coping skills.     

                                                   Mentoring                                                                  2022

I mentored a 7th grade girl for the last half of the school year to help her with school work, give her advice, and make sure she is following the rules and staying out of trouble. 

                                          Veterans of Foreign Wars                                             2019-2020

Volunteered for 5 hours to help deep clean the area. Including vacuuming, cleaning windows, and organizing materials.

ACTIVITIES:                     Mentoring                                                                      2022

For the last half of the school year, I picked up on mentoring. I mentored a 13 year old girl who is in 7th grade. I help her with her schoolwork, give her advice for high school, and keep track of her behavior to make sure she is doing well.

                                     Senior Vice President                                                          2021-2022

       I help the class president execute her plans for our senior classmates and meet with the council a few times a month to plan senior activities. We planned a spirit week for the high school and it went really well. We also help planning prom and other activities for the senior students. 

                                     Capstone Service Project                                                   2021-2022

I am coordinating a coping mechanism group for students at my school. Every Tuesday, I grab the kids from their advisory class and we practice different coping strategies they can use at home to help themselves feel better. I also have a website documenting this project. 

                                    Charter Oak Boxing Academy                                          2016-2017

       I participated in boxing training for a year with this non-profit organization Monday-Friday. Every day of the week, I would train with other kids for two hours. I also went to boxing tournaments to support my teammates. I also participated in one-on-one training twice a week. Unfortunately I had to stop due to health problems.
